Have you been faced with the need to provide staff training but were short on resources and time to put it together? NRPA’s Staff Training Resource Center is here to help! This Premier Member benefit gathers NRPA learning resources around today’s top professional development topics for you and your staff. Some of these topics include:

  • Marketing and public relations
  • The environment, sustainability and maintenance
  • Equity in parks and recreation
  • Organizational culture

Each topic includes one or more online learning opportunities and a handout to match. Select the learning opportunity that best matches your staff’s professional development needs. After reviewing this material, use the handout to apply the knowledge to your staff and agency goals.

Accessing This Resource

The primary contact(s) of all Premier Member agencies have free access to these resources and can share them with their staff. By logging in to their account at learning.nrpa.org, primary contacts can open the training center and access the training resources.

At this time, the Staff Training Resource Center is only available to Premier Member agencies.

Earning CEUs

To earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs), staff members must pay for and complete the trainings through their individual NRPA account.
