Six ways to make your time exploring the exhibit hall worthwhile
Whether you’re a first-time attendee or a repeat visitor to the NRPA Annual Conference, you might be wondering what’s in store for you inside this year’s Atlanta exhibit hall. Here are answers to six frequently asked questions that will help you navigate this expansive space and make you glad that you stopped by.
Why should attendees visit the exhibit hall?
During the past few years, the exhibit hall has grown from 400 exhibitors to more than 500! That means you need to make more time to visit the exhibit hall to see new products and services, including long-standing suppliers. NRPA exhibitors have made a significant investment of time and resources getting ready to meet and interact with you. You will bring back ideas and trends to implement into your organization’s plan and your community. It’s also a great place to network with your partners and colleagues and make new friends in the industry.
What special events can attendees expect?
You will want to check out the exhibit hall highlights to plan your time. You can participate in prize giveaways and free cash raffles. Visit Paws 4 Life, where you can meet service and therapy animals. Finally, if you want to get physical, stop by the NRPA Sports Demonstration Zone. Here you can try pickleball, quickball, adaptive sports, Baseball5, NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, MLS Go, Jr. NBA Leagues, USTA, and MLB Pitch and Hit & Run in action. This offers a great opportunity to have fun with your colleagues and snap some engaging photos!
Does the 2024 NRPA Annual Conference have a mobile app?
Yes! The NRPA Events App is free and offers quick access to daily conference events at your fingertips. Simply search for “NRPA Events” in Apple Store or Google Play. It’s available exclusively for registered attendees and requires a login password.
Where can I get food inside the hall?
There will be concessions available on the exhibit hall level. Full package conference attendees* can enjoy a complimentary lunch on Wednesday near the NRPA Sports Demonstration Zone. *This ticketed event is included with full package, young professional, retired, student, speaker upgraded and Wednesday daily packages.
What educational programming will be offered within the exhibit hall?
We offer 20-minute speed sessions that are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs). These can be found at two locations, Pod 1/Booth #158 and Pod 2/Booth #2813.
What’s the best way to navigate the expansive exhibit hall?
Within the NRPA Events App, navigate to the exhibitor list and floor plan. Here you can “star” your favorites and sort by product categories. If you participate in the EXPOdition Scavenger Hunt, we put the participating booths in numerical order by column!
