Here are answers to five frequently asked questions that will help you navigate this expansive space and make you glad that you stopped by.
Why should attendees visit the exhibit hall?
The exhibit hall is the only place where you will see nearly 500 vendors offering a variety of products and services designed just for you. NRPA exhibitors design their booths to be fun and interactive, too. You will bring back ideas and trends to implement into your organization’s plan and your community. It’s also a great place to network with your partners and colleagues and make new friends in the industry.
What special events can attendees expect?
You will want to check out the exhibit hall highlights to plan your time. You can participate in prize and free cash giveaways. “Paws” for a cause and visit the Patriot Paws, where you can meet furry heroes who assist our disabled veterans. Finally, if you want to get physical, stop by the NRPA Sports Demonstration Zone. Here you can try pickleball, quickball and soccer and see how to implement adaptive sports into your community.
Where can I get food inside the hall?
You can find two food courts within the exhibit hall. On Wednesday, enjoy a complimentary lunch.
What educational programming will be offered within the exhibit hall?
We offer 20-minute speed sessions that are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
What’s the best way to navigate the expansive exhibit hall?
Within the NRPA Conference App, navigate to the exhibitor list and floorplan. Here you can “star” your favorites and sort by product categories. If you participate in the EXPOdition Scavenger Hunt, we put the participating booths in numerical order by column!
