Connecting Children with Nature

Member: $60 Nonmember: $75

This course is designed to educate professionals working with youth in educational or recreational settings, as well as concerned citizens, on the root causes of “nature-deficit disorder,” the health and social risks of this problem, the best practices for helping children to bond with nature and enjoy unstructured outdoor play, and the current organizations involved in reversing this unhealthy trend. CEUs: 0.3

Environmental Stewardship

Member: $60 Nonmember: $75

This course covers the three core pillars of environmental stewardship, including: providing leadership for sustainable communities, promoting sustainable landscapes and fostering the next generation of stewards. CEUs: 0.3
