The Department of Interior has opened applications for the Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership (ORLP). ORLP offers 50/50 matching grants to create new parks or revitalize existing parks in under-represented urban neighborhoods. Applications run through the states,  so the first step in the application process is connecting with your State Lead agency. Applications will be accepted on June 1st and November 1st annually.
