2011 National Aquatic Conference & Exhibition
Feb. 16-19, 2011
San Diego, California

The National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) will be hosting the National Aquatic Conference & Exposition (NAC) and National Aquatic Management School (NAMS), Feb. 16-19, 2011, at the Bahia Resort Hotel in San Diego, Calif.

NAC is one of the aquatic industry’s premier educational and networking venues for aquatic professionals in the nation.  With a combination of leading-edge, education programming and a powerful tradeshow, attendees walk away with the knowledge to apply current trends and best practices towards more cost-effective, efficient and safety-oriented operations.

About NAC and NAMS

NAC 2011 will focus on the community benefits of aquatics; providing the space, people, and programming that allows for people to engage, get fit, and develop mentally and physically.  Innovative, peer-reviewed education sessions on topics such as saving pools from budget cuts, engendering community support for swimming, and encouraging swimming skills for diverse populations will help aquatic professionals grow professionally and demonstrate the value of their community service.

Taking place each year at NAC, NAMS is a multi-year program, designed to progressively educate aquatic professionals on facility management and programming.  In 2011, NAMS will take a new, blended-learning format, with classes offered during one-and-a-half days at NAC and throughout the year via online learning.
